Join us Saturday July 11th for another edition of Brave New Brunch held at Berlin's most stunning outdoor Locations on the Spree - STUDIO C in Rummelsburg.

Moderna of Brave New Rave Invites electro, italo and cosmic synth maestro Italo Brutalo to join her for the music curation.

A 5 Course Menu will be served from Berlin-based Mexican catering house TACO KWEEN founded by chef Jorge Saenz Benavides. Jorge cooks from scratch — grinding corn, making mole, pressing tortillas by hand. He always cooks with the same intention: food that is generous, honest, and deeply Mexican.

El Mole
Croqueta de plátano macho filled with spiced black beans, 
bathed in Taco Kween's artisanal mole negro, finished with cotija cheese.

Chilaquiles Verdes — Fresh tomatillo salsa verde, 
freshly fried corn chips, crema, cheese, white onion.

Black Beans de la Olla — Soupy black beans 
slow-cooked with avocado leaf. Served in clay plates.

Carnitas de Lechón — Suckling pig carnitas; tender and crispy.

Vegan Carnitas — King oyster mushrooms, slow-cooked and pulled in the style of carnitas.

Accompanied by: Freshly pressed Taco Kween tortillas,
